RETURNS
Returns are judged on a case-by-case basis. Please call or email before making any returns to discuss the reasons for the return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and you pay the return shipping. All items must be in their original condition. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns due to a packing error on our part are paid by us, but you must contact us for a return service label.
If your return is due to a damage, please keep all original packing materials and contact us so that we may have the shipper do an insurance claim. All packages are shipped fully insured for the value of the items.
