You need to contact us either by phone or email as soon as possible as we process orders very quickly. If your order has already shipped you will have to follow the return instructions and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We feel the DVD marketplace is serviced well enough by numerous online stores who do nothing but that. We prefer to concentrate our efforts on actual character goods.
